Thanks for your question Perry. I've seen how ContentFX works now and asked the product owner some questions.

First it's very different from Unique Article Wizard which these days is more for submitting articles than spinning them. With UAW, you put your master spinnable article in, with all the options, and UAW automatically creates unique versions and sends them out. Or you can write 3 versions of your article and it will spin and send them out. But the most valuable thing that UAW does is to submit your article to hundreds of blogs. So I use UAW after creating my master spinnable article with other software.

For an automatic spinner, ContentFX looks pretty good if you are not hyper fussy about how well your articles read. It is good that when you have the master article, you can delete options that would not make sense in the context. (Eg if you are talking about 'Apple computers' and it wants to change it to 'Banana computers', you can stop it doing that.) However you cannot insert your own options (eg add 'IBM' as an alternative to 'Apple') without downloading the master article, editing it manually and then uploading it again. And if you insert your own options that way they are not saved - there is no custom dictionary. So ContentFX is quick, but you are limited to the options that the software suggests or you might as well write your own options from scratch.

The spinner that I recommend 100% is Magic Article Rewriter ( http://flamillion.com/a/magic-rewriter ). This has its own dictionary but it will also let me insert and save my own alternative words and phrases in a custom dictionary. It's the only spinner I know of that does this. Of course if you are going to do this it takes a little longer than just pressing the button and using whatever comes out, but if it is important to you that the finished articles read well and make complete sense, it is the best option that I know of.

I have just updated this blog post, which was written over 2 years ago when there were not so many spinning options available.

This information is excellent, and I have checked out several article spinners. I narrowed down my choices to the final four, before I make my purchase. They are Jetspinner, (free but sucks) Content Composer (won't take my credit card, and support will not respond) Content FX, (similar to UAW, and another great content spinner) and Unique Article Wizard. Before I make my decision, can anyone tell me if they had any experience with Content FX, and how does it stack up with Unique Article Wizard?

Hi Susan!
Yes you can use multiple pen names within the same account. You specify an author name each time you submit an article.
You cannot submit to directory accounts that you already have. It submits through its own login. But it does not cover the 'big' article directories, it's mostly blogs and Article Dashboard style directories.
All the best

Thanks for this review Rosie - wondered if you could comment on Submit Your Article service? Does UAW do multiple pen names? And what happens if you already have an account at a particular directory? Can you "reuse" it within UAW?

Cheers!

Hello, This blog is very interesting and enjoyable to read. I am a big fan of the subjects discussed. I also enjoy reading the comments, but notice that alot of people should stay on topic to try and add value to the original blog post. I would also encourage everyone to bookmark this page to your favourite service to help spread the word.

Good review. I've been using Unique Article Wizard for a while now and love it.

They now have a service that will write articles for you in three different “spun” versions. I use UAW in conjunction with Article Marketing Automation. I submit the spun articles to UAW then enter the spun versions in AMA for even wider distribution. The results have been amazing!

Cheers,

Hi Rosie, thank for your honest review about UAW. I am interesting to join the UAW in the short time start now, as I would like to increase my links to various article directory and blog in the UAW network. I found your share in this post here very clear and again, thank you.

Kindly Regards,
Den Har

Hi there, no sorry, I don't have time to write custom articles.
You could look for somebody on the Warrior Forum warriorforum.com ... go to the Warrior Special Offers section and look through for somebody who is offering a unique article writing service, and ask if they can provide what you are looking for.
Best wishes, Rosie
